Welcome to I2M Sticky

International Mining and Minerals Corporation (I2M) was formed in 2007 in the State of Washington, U.S.A. to conduct a range of United States-based and international activities including:

  • the development of selected mining properties for production from I2M inventory, particularly those properties with favorable indications for economically viable uranium, gold, and other commodities,
  • evaluations of mining property submittals from others for their potential development and production, and for assessing their associated environmental impact,
  • researching and acquiring public or private companies involved with the development of uranium, gold, and other natural resources in the U.S. and overseas, and
  • the provision of environmental and mining consulting services to outside clients, including assistance in corporate mergers and acquisitions, all supported by I2M Associates, LLC formed in 2010 in the State of Texas.

Since its formation I2M has expanded its business focus to include:

  • the evaluation and development of quality geothermal properties throughout the western United States and overseas,
  • the acquisition and development of quality real estate worldwide, especially Brownfield properties, and
  • the evaluation of sustainability programs in real estate and in ecotourism throughout the world, emphasizing the marine environment.

I2M is a Washington State-registered Corporation located in Kirkland, Washington (a suburb of Seattle, Washington). I2M also maintains a branch office in Houston, Texas (via I2M Associates, LLC), and field offices where ever the need exists.

Upon funding of I2M Corp., the activities of I2M Associates, LLC will be merged into I2M Corp. and the group will be realigned from being principally a consulting firm to a group of operations companies implementing the objectives of I2M's corporate business plan, e.g., mining and brownfield property acquisitions, mining company acquisitions, property development and production, and associated activities described elsewhere (energy and minerals and environmental projects).
